I did a clean install of XP Home. I cannot get on the net through my router. The Card is a RealTek RTL 8169. When I first boot up I can ipconfig /all and see all the way to the net. When I ping the router or the dls server I may get one out of four or no returns. I have downloaded, unistall the drivers ran the executable to install the drivers and rebooted the computer. Still no luck. Any ideas.
