in the support website is write : EXCELLENCE SERVICE !!! I think is rubbish , It's impossibile that the driver for vista doesn't exist !!!

need vista driver for phlips650 chrystal

Has anyone found the drivers for Philips Crystal 650 printer to work with Vista?

I have the same problem as you guys. Sagems answer is that there isnt any driver available and they have no plans to do one. This is really, really low service and quality. 2 years is nothing, I have HP printers that are 10 years old which works! I have written to them claiming a return policy, i don?t want to have anything to do with them anymore. Obviously no one have answered. I suggest that you all do the same thing, maybe there will be some hours spent on developing a Vista driver for us then?

I am also looking for the drivers to instal on my windpws vista for the philips crystal 650 multi-function printer.

My printer even went back to the sagem factory due ot the overheating and I also said to them that I have windows vista could they install software at the same time to let me use it with windows vista.

They said they would do it, but since it has been back it is still not working. A waste of couriers for delivery.

I contacted philips/sagem and another gut said that they did not have any programs done for driver software for vista. So what was the point of my machine being sent away.

He told me it is an old machine, over 2 years old and vista was new. That was last year. I was wondering if anybody has been able to download anything to get

crystal 650 and windows vista compatible.

I would highly appreciate if you send me the required drivers to allow me install my Philips crystal 650 ( printer/fax/scanner/copy ) . It worth mentioning here that Iam using Windows Vista prog.

spoken to sagem customer support, they were not supportive at all as they told me no diriver would be created for the phillips crystal 650 Ineed one can someone help

Go to the sagem website and look under drivers/ software for faxes. You'll find the crystal 650 there.
