P4/45Gx_PE video card driver

Good day!
Er, I'm not really literate when it comes to the in-depth knowledge of the computer OS and stuffs. But, er:
Our computer was reformatted a long time ago. When the technician was installing all the files, he noticed that the video card driver of a CD is not working (we bought a driver/CD for the motherboard a long time ago, and.. er.. the video card driver was not functioning properly).
Nevertheless, he still continued installing all the other files (like the sound card and the likes), and he told me to download a video card driver from the internet. He wrote "P4/45Gx_PE video card driver" on a piece of paper and gave it to me.
I searched the net for those things but it didn't gave me any results.. Then I came across this website.
My question is:
Do you guys know where I can download the "P4/45Gx_PE video card driver"? If I'm not mistaken, the CD for our motherboard is a mixture of colors green and black (I'm not really sure of the name, although I recall seeing RealTek or ASUS)
And er, suppose that I was able to download one successfully? What should I do next? Do I just have to double click it and it will work by itself, or I have to enter a series of computer codes??
Thanks a lot :D
(I'm using Windows XP, btw)
