please ,ican't use the bluetoth in my portable computer "acer aspire 3610" he write no device

I got the same problem with my Acer TravelMate 2420, the frontal button "to activate the bluetooth" it seems to be not connected to the Bluetooth device, because i get the same message when I push it: "no device", someone knows how to get a fuctional bluetooth?. Thanks!
