acer aspire 3680 driver problem

Just removed all partitions and formated hard drive and reinstalled xp pro.Have removed most errors from device manager except for network controller it still has questiom mark.What driver do i need as i cant access the internet with it.Thanks for any help/suggestions on this subject.
